What you get to do:

  • Participate in our classroom and hands on training program
  • Build relationships with existing clients, contributing directly to the growth of the office.
  • You will gain invaluable experience functioning as a “trusted advisor” to banking clients by providing solutions and delivering exceptional service.
  • Own interactions in the office from start to finish (inclusive of deposits, withdrawal, wire transfer etc...)

  • Maintain operational excellence and meet all required regulatory and compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures

You will be successful if you have/are:

  • 1+ years of customer service and cash handling experience
  • Experience interacting with clients, partners, and team members in a professional and personable manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective decision making and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong team player and ability to function in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to personal growth, learning, and success.
  • Customer-centric, relationship-focused “growth” mindset.
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement.
  • High School/GED Degree (Associates Degree Preferred)
